1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 520bd platform ("we", "us") and the user ("you"). By accessing 520bd's website, mobile app, or any other channel — or by creating an account — you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 520bd:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person is allowed one account only — creating multiple accounts using the same device, email address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 520bd immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

520bd complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or to keep your account active in certain situations.

Documents typically requested:

• Identity Document: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Address Verification: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Screenshot of your bKash/Nagad account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

520bd supports a variety of Bangladeshi payment methods. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

520bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms that you should read carefully. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement. Typically, you will need to wager between 8x and 15x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been met.
• Each account may claim the same bonus only once.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 520bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 520bd:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.
• In cricket, if the result is determined by the DLS method, that result is final.
• 520bd reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body shall be final.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 520bd and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting (placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit).
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets.
• Bonus system abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by providing false information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

520bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification is incomplete (after a specified threshold).
• Extended inactivity (no account activity for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Where possible, you will be notified by email before your account is closed. If your account is closed, any valid balance can be reclaimed by contacting our support team.

9 Responsible Betting

520bd believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. To support this, we provide the following responsible gambling tools:

• Option to set daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
